General Shipping Information

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates depend on the shipping option you choose:

  • Same day delivery for Auckland only: Orders must be made before 1 pm. Otherwise delivery will be done the next day.
  • Standard Shipping (rest of NZ): 3-5 business days
  • Express Shipping(rest of NZ): 1-3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Our online store ships to addresses within New Zealand, including P.O. Boxes and rural areas.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to international addresses outside of New Zealand.

Shipping Issues

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact our customer support team at info@africanfoods.co.nz. We will assist you in tracking down the package and ensuring it is delivered to you.

Delivery Issues Due to Incorrect Addresses

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders that are not delivered due to incorrect or missing information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@africanfoods.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-Order Shipping

Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all items are in stock. You will receive an email notification with the updated shipping timeline.
